Anorak London was the first plugging company to have an unsigned act (Friendly Fires) on Channel 4’s Transmission music show. We have also had the second ever unsigned act on the show (Man Like Me).  TV Productions companies look to Anorak London for the freshest new talent and up and coming acts, with bands like Iglu & Hartly appearing on The Green Room whilst still unsigned and Foals, Yeasayer, and Young Knives all appearing on Later With Jools Holland as their debut TV performances.  We work closely with stations like Channel 4 and placing our artists within their non-music TV programmes. We put Foals on the Skins Party (which lead to their single being used in the TV adverts), The Brunettes in a high profile advert campaign for Hollyoaks and most recently Young Fathers involved in the launch of the new series of Skins.
